Each session explores a different part of our school district. All sessions are held from 9 a.m. to noon.

Learn how CCS recruits, hires, licenses, develops, and retains the employees who serve students across the district.
Behind the Bell: Keeping CCS Running
9 a.m.–noon
Go behind the scenes to see how transportation, facilities, maintenance, school nutrition, technology infrastructure, and other essential services keep the district operating each day.
Teaching Every Learner
9 a.m.–noon
Discover how CCS designs instruction, measures learning, and provides specialized academic support for students, including exceptional children, advanced learners, and multilingual learners.
Supporting the Whole Child
9 a.m.–noon
Examine how counseling, psychology, social work, health services, attendance support, and school safety work together to help every student thrive.
Pathways, Possibilities, and the Student Experience
9 a.m.–noon
Experience how Career and Technical Education, Fine Arts, technology-rich learning, extracurricular programs, and community partnerships help students discover their interests and prepare for the future.
Selected participants will receive specific session locations and additional details by Friday, November 6.
